MAV Motors collects only what we need to come to your car and do the job.

What we collect

Your name, mobile, email, where the car is, its registration and make, and what is wrong with it. During the visit our scan tool records the car's VIN, mileage and fault data for your report.

Why

To reach you, to do the diagnostic, to write your report, and to keep a record of the work in case you have questions later.

Who sees it

Payments go through Shopify, which handles your card details. We never see or store your card number. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Booking and report records are kept for up to 6 years for tax and warranty reasons, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time. Email hello@mavmotorsncl.co.uk.
